💡 Products are containers with content available for a set fee, such as videos, streams, or collections.

Creating a product

Our platform now features a dedicated interface to streamline product creation. This guide will walk you through every step - from choosing a product type to finalizing and publishing your product - ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process

Step 1: Choose Your Product Type

After entering the product creation interface, you will see two options:

  1. Paid Access – Users pay a one-time fee to access your content.

  2. Membership – Users pay on a subscription basis for continued access to your content.

👉 Click on the option that best fits your product.

Once selected, the Next button will be enabled. Click Next to proceed.

Step 2: Define Product Attributes

In this step, you need to provide key details about your product:

  • Title: Enter the name of your product.

  • Description: Provide a short description explaining what users will receive.

  • Product Cover: Upload an image that represents your product.

📌 Note: These fields are mandatory. Ensure that your title is clear, the description is concise, and the product cover is high-quality.

After filling out all required fields, the Next button will be enabled. Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Set up the Pricing

In this step, you need to specify the price and paid access period for your product

  • Price: Enter the price of the product

  • Currency: Choose the currency for the product

  • Period (for Paid Access): choose the period, for how long the product will be available after the purchase date

  • Period (for Subscription): choose the renewal period for the product

Step 4: Add Digital Assets

With your product attributes in place, you can now add the digital content that forms the heart of your offering. In the Assets section of the Master:

  1. Add Video:
Click “Add Video” to upload or link video content. This is often the primary asset for many products.

  2. Explore Additional Content Types:

    • Streams: Add Live or Scheduled Stream to the product

    • Collections: Add collection to the product

    • Files: Add documents, PDFs, or other supplemental materials to the product

    • Posts: Add articles or text-based content to the product

Once your assets are in place, click Next to proceed. The product will be created.

Step 5: Finalize Your Product

At this final stage, your product is already published and ready for the users:

  • Click “Open Product” to preview how customers will see your product.

  • If you need to make adjustments, click “Edit Product” to go back and fine-tune details.

Editing the product

«Access start date» — from this point on, users who have purchased the content will be able to watch it.

«Access finish date» is the date, when the content becomes unavailable for users (If you plan to sell the product for a long time, it makes sense to put a date in a distant future).

«Finish sales date» Users will no longer be able to buy the product after this date.

🔥 The important thing is that the Access finish date cannot be less than the Access start date + full time of access period from Price section. (in this example it's 30 days)

If you want to limit sales by time but keep access to the content for users who have already purchased, you can specify the Finish sales date. After this date, the product becomes unavailable for purchase, but a buyer can still use it.

Cover and preview

In the next section, you need to upload a Product cover, and optionally you can add an image to the Product background and a product Promo video and its preview image (Promo video preview).

⚡ Check the results in your ViGram to understand a user perspective.

Using the preview tool on the right side of the UI, you can immediately see how the finished product card would look like for users.

Here are some examples:

When you’ve finished creating a product, you can save it or publish it immediately using the buttons at the top right of the screen.

Adding content

After that, the product will become listed.

Let's fill the product with content! Proceed to Video, Collections or Streaming tab in main menu.

When the desired content is selected, the «Add to product» button will pop up on the top of the list.

You can also use the line «Add to products» from the content page (like when you upload video or schedule a stream)

❗ Make sure you save the result using the button in the upper right corner

💡 Content included in the products is marked with a Stars sign.

💡 You can copy the link to the product from the product’s page to place it on your website or share at any other platforms.
