💡 Here are our recommended encoding settings that you may use in your streaming software.


Encoder settings

Protocol: RTMP

Video codec: H.264

Profile: Baseline


Bitrate:

1920 x 1080 - 4000–8000 kbps

1280 x 720 - 2000–4000 kbps, max 30 fps

854 x 480 - 1000–2000 kbps, max 30 fps

640 x 360 - 500–1500 kbps, max 30 fps


Video encoding: CBR

Framerate: up to 60 fps

Keyframe interval: 2 seconds

Audio codec: AAC

Audio sample rate: 44,1 kHz or 48 kHz

We recommend 128 kbps audio bitrate for 1080p and 720p, and 64 kbps for 480p and 360p.

Recommended advanced settings

Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square

Frame type: Progressive scan, 2 B-frames, 1 reference frame

Entropy Coding: CABAC (Context Adaptive Binary Arithmetic Coding)
